Nou mensen het is eindelijk zo ver ... Ivan is in aktie gekomen op het web !
En hij is meteen groot begonnen met 6 websites ... over van alles en nog wat tegelijk gaat deze jongen het hebben. Tot nu toe is de content nog niet echt breed, maar er staat al wat te wachten op je op Stress Solved en Stress Solvers ...

Tsjah je moet ergens beginnen denk ik ook maar. Hij heeft ook het domein www.ivankrul.com geregged en als het goed is komt daar binnenkort ook van alles op te staan.

Ivan gast, veel suc6 met je bizniz ... je weet dat je van mijn hulp gebruik kan maken dus het komt vanzelf goed.... Adsense income here we come :)

Still bloggin like the online freak that I am !
www.mypageofmanythings.com is where you can find most of my recent blogging, but just to make sure that this page is not forgotten I will write a little story about me and my blogging adventures here.
A good friend of mine has finally started some of his own sites ! I have been trying to get him started with this for years already and he has been putting it off for all this time. He's now bought 6 domain names which are all hosted on my dedicated server. So my hosting is now partially being paid for, albeit only like 10% so far ... But its better then nothing eh :)
Once he gets some stuff up in the air, I will definitelly bring up some links for him here and there to get him a little started with his google rankings.
For now, enough of this, let's get back to work !

Full Tilt - suckout heaven today

I was in a 150 man tourney today and as we were nearing the end of the tourney, it was absolute suckout heaven there. Everytime a short stack pushed all in, they got called by a crappy hand and the crap hand won every time. With the exception of one guy who kept pulling aces out of his ass like they were flowers, they held up ...

My final hand was A10 and when I saw some guy reship it over my all in and show A7, I high-fived the monitor, but the flop was A7 eliminating me in 8th place.
Too bad, I played really well ... key change I made in LOW STAKES tourneys now, and I wouldn't try this too much at $5 or $10, but works great for lower stakes is :
TRAPPING !.. Instead of betting out when you pair up on the flop, check raise the mofos, all-in if needed. Looks stronger, feels great and it earns you more chips. If it's really TPTP (top pair top kicker) you may want to try to extract even more value by just flat calling their raise and just value betting the turn and river ...

And those were my strategy tips for today !

Well, the picture gallery had been enabled on the site a long time ago, mainly to post the 'Poker Pros' pictures we took in Las Vegas this year. But since i had some spare time this week I thought it would be nice to post some pictures of parties and other stuff from years ago ...

And there's not much we can do about that !
The company I worked for (orange telecom) , for more than 8 years, has been bought by another big company (t-mobile). At first this seemed like a good thing for our team. We would get more power, more permissions and more rights. Now that I'm actually working here for a couple of months, I have decided I don't like it at all. I won't get into specifics here in fear of my employer firing me for content on my blog (this shit happens).

I'll just stick around long enough to get my online bizniz growing and flourishing, giving me enough money to quit my dayjob. The day will come. I already earn about as much as social security would give me hehehe.

ok, I have started yet another project.

Hi iedereen ..

Alles gaat lekker op het net .. ben nog steeds druk met allemaal sites bezig, vooral de Oblivion site (http://www.elderscrolls-oblivion.com) draait nog als een speer met duizenden bezoekers per dag. Dat mag ook wel want daar heb ik erg veel tijd ingestoken destijds. Maar het is wel opmerkelijk dat na zo'n lange tijd er nog steeds veel bezoekers komen. Ik maak daar natuurlijk dankbaar gebruik van door middel van Adsense. (Als je ook een website hebt en wat bij wilt verdienen, lees dan mijn andere blog 'http://makkelijkgeldverdienen.blogspot.com'.

Ik ben inmiddels ook wat dingetjes op Youtube aan het zetten. Het stelt nog niet veel voor maar ik heb nu gemerkt hoe makkelijk het is om ff wat neer te zetten (vooral met je Mac) dus er komt zeker meer aan.

it's been a while since I posted anything, but I've gotten back into building sites and I thought it was time to inform the world of my latest creation : That's Whacked ! ..

Back after some time

Well ... after a few months of not touching any of my sites, I'm preparing another offensive :)
i had a site that was nr 1 in google for various searches, awaiting the release of a game. I was expecting some major visitors when the game would be released. When i moved the site to another server it was offline for a while, and that made me drop of the charts completely. After some more hard work i managed to get the site back in the nr 1 spot ... but god knows what happened and now I seem to have moved back to page 3 (at least I'm still in google AT ALL). So for now, I've decided to ditch this project for a while. Will concentrate more on some personal projects, non profit ones....

And on a little side note .. .my mother has started a blog as well. I will link to it here as soon as I remember the URL :)

It's easy starting your own business online. But it's hard work.
It's 10:30PM here .. my wife is in bed watching TV and I'm behind my PC working on my online projects. At the start, it's a matter of investing a lot of time and not getting a lot in return yet. But it's all part of a bigger scheme, I've now started getting cashflow from 2 sources already (as in, actually have the money on my account now) and this will only grow in the future. But that's exactly it .. if I want it to grow, I will need to invest a whole lot more time into it. I'm a married man and I have a normal full-time day job, so it's not like I have all the time of the world. Nevertheless, my projects are all slowly coming of the ground now. Each site has some links going to it and is getting some search engine traffic. As I'm getting ready to seriously launch a couple of websites at the same time, I really have to focus all my energy for a little while on these projects.

At my elderscrolls page, I do a daily article called the 'mod of the day'. So today is yet another day that I'm late ... hehe .. I will have to get off my lazy ass and test another mod to review it. Busy busy busy

Been busy building some more sites .. here's a small list of what's to come from me in the coming months (some of it is still a little bit under construction).
My main project is the 'RPG-MODS network'. It's going to function as a portal site to other websites. For each role playing game that will be released that supports user created content, we will launch a subsite. All of them will use more or less the same structure with the news articles, the download area, forums etc. etc. this way the users will become used to the interface and get more the feeling they are part of a large network of sites. So far only Neverwinter Nights 2 and Elder Scrolls 4: Oblivion have been covered, but a site for Gothic 3 is planned and perhaps also one for the latest Final Fantasy.

Well .. I've gone through some busy days updating my websites. I had to move the Oblivion page to a bigger and more expensive server. That all behind me, I have started work on trying to promote my other sites. I have done some updates on all of them, and added some links here and there hoping to catch some more traffic.
Now back to my email, because I'm backed up :)

Latest cool games

Well of course like half the world, I'm playing Oblivion now. This game will probably last me a while with all the new possibilities the mods are providing. Not to mention the full conversion people will be completing in the next few months.
I'm also looking forward to Neverwinter Nights 2, which will also be long lasting because of a large modding community already available through NWN (part 1). Even though that should be enough to keep me busy all year, there will be more games that will require my attention like Gothic 3 and the latest installment of Final Fantasy. I will need to keep an eye out for good sites related to those games so we can make a well informed decision if they'll be worth buying when they are released.
